Mr. Conor Rood is Director of Strategic Relationships at Casap, where he leads the company’s engagement with banks and helps financial institutions modernize fraud and dispute management. Drawing on his experience working with banks across the country, Conor brings a practical, customer-first perspective to the evolving challenges financial institutions face, including emerging fraud threats, regulatory requirements, and operational friction.
At Casap, Conor works with financial institutions to streamline traditionally complex and manual processes, helping teams resolve customer disputes faster, improve consistency and compliance, and strengthen customer trust. He has also represented Casap at major banking industry events, including American Banker’s DIGITAL BANKING conference, where Casap recently earned first place in the event’s Demo Challenge for its approach to dispute management and first-party fraud prevention.
Conor lives in Plymouth, Massachusetts, with his wife, Jeanne, their two young children, and their energetic golden retriever, Ziggy. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors, playing golf, and being with family.
