Ms. Robyn Mroszczyk serves as a Program Analyst within the Office of Military Compensation and Financial Readiness. She is responsible for curriculum and training development and oversight as well as the lead for the Military Compensation Educational Campaign. Her career experiences include serving as the Financial Education Program Manager at the Deputy Chief of Staff, G-9, developing and implementing the Army Financial Readiness Program. Ms. Mroszczyk previously worked as a Training Specialist at the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board and as the Financial Education Program Manager at the National Guard Bureau. Prior to that, she worked in the Army’s Survivor Outreach Services Program as the Financial Counselor for a five-state region. Ms. Mroszczyk brings a vast array of personal and professional experiences. She is an Accredited Financial Counselor® and was #AskRobyn in the Blended Retirement System’s award-winning social media campaign. As a proud active-duty Army spouse of over 22 years, Ms. Mroszczyk has moved 11 times and is the mother of a USMA Cadet ‘29.
